Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist the public with vehicle registration, licensing, and identification services with patience and professionalism.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit payments, as well as digital transactions and document processing.
- System Operations: Utilize state DMV computer systems to look up customer records and update information efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Address inquiries and resolve issues regarding vehicle titles, registrations, and citations.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment during your shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
