Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional public assistance and information services during weekend operational hours
- Execute state-mandated compliance checks and regulatory enforcement protocols
- Document official reports and maintain accurate digital records using government systems
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams for coordinated weekend operations
- Respond to emergency inquiries and escalate critical incidents appropriately
- Conduct weekend facility security assessments and access control management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government reporting systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
