Responsibilities
- Manage and process weekend case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
- Provide direct support and guidance to the public during weekend hours via phone and in-person inquiries.
- Monitor and maintain office operations during non-standard business hours to ensure continuity of services.
- Update client records in state databases and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects and cases.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or office administration.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
