Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and compliance with evolving regulations
- Develop policies for ethical AI deployment in high-stakes domains (healthcare, finance, autonomous vehicles)
- Partner with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles in AI development pipelines
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Create transparency mechanisms for algorithmic decision-making systems
- Lead crisis response protocols for AI ethics violations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation frameworks for machine learning systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
