Responsibilities
- Architect a comprehensive 10-year AI roadmap, specifically focusing on the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Define and implement ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Policy, Product) to integrate futuristic AI models into current workflows.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging AI paradigms and competitive advantages.
- Lead high-level stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in for long-term AI investments.
- Oversee the pilot programs for next-gen neural interfaces and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI strategy, Machine Learning Engineering, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of the current state of Generative AI and its trajectory towards 2026.
- Proven track record of leading complex, long-term technical strategies in a Fortune 500 environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive leadership.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
