Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI/ML-driven automation solutions
- Design cloud-native microservices architectures with 99.99% SLAs
- Develop cybersecurity frameworks for quantum-resistant systems
- Drive innovation labs for emerging tech adoption (Web3, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring digital maturity and ROI
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise digital transformation with 5+ years in architecture roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless architectures
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ user capacity
- Advanced certifications in AI/ML or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, AWS ML Specialty)
- Experience leading teams through major tech transitions
