Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Establish a comprehensive long-term technical roadmap that aligns with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead the research and implementation of breakthrough technologies, including advanced AI and quantum computing integration.
- Architecture & Strategy: Design scalable, robust technical architectures that support future growth and ensure system resilience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and marketing to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
