Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns current R&D with the projected technological landscape of 2026, including AGI readiness and quantum integration.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead high-level research initiatives focusing on ethical AI alignment and next-generation computational architecture.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into clear, actionable strategies for investors, executive leadership, and technical teams.
- Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and leading tech labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead internal hackathons and think tanks to prototype solutions for future market demands.
- Regulatory Compliance: Anticipate and navigate the evolving ethical and regulatory landscape of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing them successfully.
- Futurism: Deep understanding of emerging trends, including Web3, Neural Interfaces, and Synthetic Biology.
