- Manage R&D budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and executive committees
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI, or biotech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AI ethics, blockchain, or quantum technologies preferred
- Experience with Horizon Scanning and Technology Radar methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget management
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
