Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Complex Systems, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or conferences
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrices
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations implemented at scale
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
