Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong strategic planning and scenario development capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
