Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation and iterative development
- Analyze emerging scientific trends, patent landscapes, and geopolitical shifts to anticipate disruptive technologies
- Develop ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-gen technologies ensuring human-centric outcomes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy and market positioning
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners to secure resources and support
- Build and nurture an internal network of futurists, researchers, and domain experts across organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight with proven impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced materials)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies
- Track record of leading high-ambition projects through uncertain environments to successful commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field; PhD or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with ethical technology governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders through compelling storytelling
