Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Forecast emerging tech disruptions and build mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and quantum research institutes
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab in agile development of future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 2026+ foresight experience
- Advanced degree in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Published research in Future Studies Journal or equivalent tier-1 publication
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) for national innovation partnerships
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
