Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Define the technical roadmap and technical standards for the 2026 AI strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference and ensure low-latency, high-availability deployments on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Multimodal AI, Agent-based systems).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in machine learning or AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Java with deep experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and generative AI models to production environments.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
