- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align 2026 innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate potential disruptive startups and partnerships
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (5-10 year horizon)
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
