Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed futures thinking into product development
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Quantify future market potential through scenario modeling and impact assessments
- Champion organizational adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience developing actionable strategies from future-focused research
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in futures/innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementations
