Your work will directly influence $500M+ in future investments and define our competitive edge in the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast technological, economic, and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current roadmaps
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and patent applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (e.g., AI adoption, climate tech disruption)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
