Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate 2026-concept solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent analytical frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and board experience
