- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for product roadmaps and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to align long-term strategy with disruptive opportunities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models
- Monitor horizon-scanning ecosystems (startups, academia, policy)
- Drive culture of agile experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
