Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify paradigm-shifting trends through 2026
- Develop future-ready innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on strategic pivots
- Author proprietary trend reports published in MIT Tech Review and Forbes
- Design and incubate moonshot initiatives in quantum-AI convergence
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Global network of VCs, researchers, and industry disruptors
