Responsibilities

- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future scenarios
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of pilot projects with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership content and trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Deep understanding of macroeconomic trends and global megashifts
- Exceptional facilitation skills for C-level audiences and large teams
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
