Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Build and maintain a strategic foresight ecosystem including trend databases and scenario-planning models
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders and guide organizational adoption of forward-looking initiatives
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies and accelerate prototype-to-market cycles
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscapes and disruptors in adjacent industries
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with proven impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling narratives
- Track record of developing innovation roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes
