As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop actionable roadmaps for the future. Your work will directly influence Fortune 500 companies navigating the complex intersection of technology, sustainability, and human evolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) and forecast market impact through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients anticipating paradigm shifts in their industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Technology Review and similar platforms
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications and adoption strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Prototype future-state solutions using emerging tech stacks in our Innovation Sandbox
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles (demonstrated through published work or client case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional skills in translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions with Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives based on future trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
