- Architect strategic innovation frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops bridging engineering, design, and business teams around future-state visioning
- Develop quantitative foresight models predicting technology adoption curves and market disruption timelines
- Champion agile experimentation methodologies testing future concepts through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia driving 2026 innovation ecosystems
- Present executive-ready insights translating complex futures into board-level strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D with proven 2020+ trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or spatial computing
