You'll lead scenario planning for transformative technologies like quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate-positive AI, translating complex futures into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on disruptive innovations across sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Quantify market opportunities for next-generation technologies
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board committees
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
