Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-powered scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead high-stakes client workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts for industry publications
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies through pilot programs
- Represent QuantumLeap at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing foresight methodologies or trend reports
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex futures simply
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or trend analyses required
