Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with billion-dollar market potential
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design scenarios for climate-positive tech adoption and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
