Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026+ technology frameworks integrating quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine symbiosis systems
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact analysis
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize computational architectures
- Pioneer neuro-ergonomic interfaces for seamless human-AI collaboration
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Proven track record scaling technology products from concept to market
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators
- Experience with neuro-technology interfaces (BCI, EEG) or similar
- Certification in futurist methodologies (WFS, APF preferred)
