Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Design and execute innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence
- Lead executive workshops on future-of-work, metaverse economics, and ethical AI deployment
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging domains (e.g., climate tech, neurointerfaces)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate strategic insights into product roadmaps and investment theses
- Author quarterly future-state briefings for the board and investor community
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging tech adoption cycles (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology mastery
- Portfolio of published future-state scenarios or strategic frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
