Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future visions
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented work or thought leadership
