Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience in an accelerating world.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across technology, sociology, economics, and geopolitics to identify 2026 catalysts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for business continuity and market disruption
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published future-oriented work
