Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Conduct in-depth research on societal shifts, geopolitical impacts, and emerging consumer behaviors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future Horizons' reports for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech landscapes
- Published author or speaker at global futurist conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
