Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Present future scenario briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Champion innovation culture by identifying emerging opportunities for R&D investment
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and market landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative storytelling abilities
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic foresight projects
