Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology verticals
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build predictive models for market evolution and technological inflection points
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in next-generation technology deployment
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into commercial blueprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives in tech/biotech/AI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certified Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
