Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology verticals (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Build predictive models for market evolution and technology adoption curves
- Design innovation incubation programs for next-gen technologies
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Published thought leader with 500+ citations in futurism publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from foresight.org) required
