Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and human augmentation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves
- Experience building AI-powered trend-prediction models
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
