- Author thought leadership reports on quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists on predictive modeling methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation sprints
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
