- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members, securing approval for $10M+ innovation budgets
- Cultivate an internal culture of future-readiness through workshops, thought leadership, and talent development
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Publish industry-defining whitepapers and speak at global forums on future trends and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies generating $50M+ in new revenue streams
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with history of influencing C-suite decisions through data-driven narratives
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work, digital transformation, or sustainable innovation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis) and data visualization platforms
