Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI consciousness, and climate resilience systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4)
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future-proof initiatives
- Coordinate with MIT, NASA, and WHO on 2030 impact projections
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Present at Davos and World Economic Forums as Horizon Dynamics' futurist voice
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published portfolio on 4IR technologies and singularity preparedness
- Expertise in scenario modeling using Delphi method and agent-based simulations
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 boards on 2025+ transitions
- Deep knowledge of ISO 26000 and UN SDG frameworks
- Fluency in Python, R, and predictive analytics platforms
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information)
