Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate and host exclusive 'Horizon 2026' executive summits
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough methodologies annually
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers
- Partner with MIT Media Lab on quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 companies
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester)
- Deep expertise in biotech, quantum computing, and AI ethics
- Fluency in at least 2 languages beyond English
- Track record of implementing future-proofed solutions
- Speaker at Davos or equivalent global forums
