- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future capabilities
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting technological adoption
- Design resilience frameworks for rapid technological transitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
