Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for complex global systems and markets
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation lab focused on long-term value creation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven futurist methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex adaptive systems
- Published thought leadership or patents in future-oriented domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario modeling, trend analysis)
- Track record of driving innovation from concept to market implementation
