Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties post-2025
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities and go-to-market strategies

- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle analysis
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, MBA, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
