Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for future market shifts
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on technological evolution pathways
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep technical understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published work in futurist journals or tech innovation platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technological transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP)
