Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in AI-driven industries
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers published at Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership via keynotes and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across global markets
