Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) to forecast 3-5 year market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients facing 2026+ uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting accuracy for 2020-2025
