Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and decentralized systems for competitive advantage
- Lead workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation strategies
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies with 2026 relevance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for quantum-encrypted data ecosystems

- Mentor junior futurists on horizon scanning methodology and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and quantum computing applications
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with blockchain-based governance systems and sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist research or thought leadership pieces
