Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for market positioning and product innovation targeting 2026 milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and risk assessments for long-term planning
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent acquisition
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field

- Published thought leadership in reputable foresight or innovation publications
