Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
