Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and present quarterly strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurist forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing future-oriented business models
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing global stakeholder ecosystems
- Prior publication in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
